We are authorized distributors of technologies from Baker Hughes, NDT Global GmbH, Pipeline Innovation Limited, Reinhart Pipe Cleaning Technologies SA, Entegra, and suppliers including Einhaus Pipeline Equipment GmbH, Girard Industries Inc., GD Engineering Ltd., IK Trax, PolyEurope BV, along with many other leading companies in the sector. In 2024, TECMA<\/strong> expanded its service portfolio introducing nitrogen pumping operations via cryogenic pumpers and atmospheric vaporizers. CEO of TECMA<\/strong> has over 35 years of experience in the maintenance, pre-commissioning, cleaning, inspection,
\nand repair of buried Oil & Gas pipelines.
\nAfter completing his studies and military service, he gained his NDE qualifications while working at production and service centers
\nof major manufacturers, performing non-destructive inspections on military and civilian aeronautical industrial
\ncomponents, primarily in the United States.
\nHe later joined his father company and founded a new company dedicated to pipeline cleaning and rehabilitation using In-Situ Coating techniques. His operational experience and acquired expertise have enabled him to establish a leading position in the Oil & Gas pipeline pigging and inspection industry in Italy and the EMEA region, in partnership with major companies in the sector.<\/p>\n

Raffaele Zaffaroni<\/strong> earned a degree in Nuclear Engineering in 1991.
\nHe serves as Commercial Director at TECMA<\/strong>.
\nHe has over 7 years of experience in industrial chemical treatment and nearly 30 years of experience in the cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation of oil and gas pipelines in Italy and abroad, including pre-commissioning activities.
\nHe has been with TECMA<\/strong> since 1997.<\/p>\n

TECMA\u2019s<\/strong> commercial, management, and logistics headquarters is located at Via della Pace 33, San Giuliano Milanese (MI), in a strategic position just minutes from the East and West ring roads, Linate Airport, and the main highway junctions (A1 and A35 BRE.BE.MI). From here, we coordinate all operations, ensuring speed, efficiency, and operational flexibility.<\/p>\n

In 2016, the facility underwent a major energy and environmental refurbishment. Thanks to the installation of geothermal probes, a heat pump, and photovoltaic panels, the heating and cooling system operates with zero direct emissions. The building is fully thermally insulated and certified Energy Class A.<\/p>\n

On-site, we perform the maintenance and preparation of pigs for cleaning, calibration, displacement, and inspection activities. The warehouse houses a complete range of ready-to-use pigs from 4\u201d to 56\u201d, along with high-resolution MFL and UT inspection vehicles compatible with the main diameters of the Italian pipeline network.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t relocate; we grow.
