TECMA S.r.l. was founded in Milan in 1972 and has a wealth of over 35 years of experience in delivering high-performance products and integrity services to the Oil & Gas industry. Our expertise includes advanced cleaning, pipeline integrity inspections, pre-commissioning & de-commissioning activities, nitrogen pumping operations, and composite repair systems.

SPECIALIZED SERVICES

These operations require a high level of sector-specific expertise to effectively address the various challenges and unique characteristics presented by each individual pipeline.
Integrity inspection of pipelines ranging from 4” to 56” in diameter, using high-resolution magnetic and ultrasonic technologies. Geometric/dimensional verification is performed with multichannel caliper tools for complex geometric analysis.
In collaboration with Open Water Management and CS-NRI, TECMA provides a highly specialized service for the reinforcement and repair of damaged pipelines using certified composite materials.
We offer a complete pre & de commissioning services for onshore and offshore pipelines, including filling, hydrotesting, dewatering, geometric inspection, drying, and nitrogen inerting.
Complete pipeline displacement services using gaseous nitrogen and specially configured Bi-Di pigs.
Comprehensive service including the installation of temporary traps for pipeline cleaning and refurbishment.
IFC is a technology designed for direct, in-situ application of high-performance coatings inside existing pipelines.
In collaboration with Rescue Pipeline Services, TECMA offers an in-situ epoxy coating service, applied directly inside the pipeline.
ThreatScan™: An innovative system for detecting impacts and leaks in pipelines through sophisticated hydrophone sensors installed on pre-existing pipeline infrastructure.
