The event in Genoa organized by AMPP – Italy Chapter, the Genoa 2024 International Conference, held from 9 to 11 June, has come to an end. During the event, TECMA, together with NDT Global, stood out as a SILVER SPONSOR, showcasing their know-how and experience in the national and international ultrasonic ILI & ART and Pipeline Integrity markets.
At our stand, we met both long-standing and new colleagues, having the opportunity to share ideas and expertise. Each participant presented their contribution through a technical paper, and the event concluded with a fantastic party at Villa Zerbino.
Tecma – Genoa Trade Fair 2024
These were days dedicated to responsibility and initiatives aimed at raising public awareness of corrosion, defectology, and metallurgy, as well as advancing inspection technologies and practices. The event featured interesting, innovative, and engaging content, thanks also to the professionalism and expertise of the speakers. Among the most significant topics that emerged were the role of innovation in corrosion and defect prevention through the presentation of new techniques and technologies, the impact of hydrogen as an energy carrier and its effects on metals, and the crucial importance of monitoring to identify and mitigate the early development of defects.
Participation in AMPP was fundamental for us, generating numerous opportunities for improvement, also thanks to the projects presented and the contributions of Clients and Partners who visited us.
