TECMA has expanded the portfolio of services offered to its Clients by integrating nitrogen (N₂) gasification and pumping activities using a cryogenic pumper and atmospheric evaporators.
The NT-33 Cryogenic Pumper represents an essential enhancement of our service activities for cleaning, inspection, decommissioning, and inertization of gas and oil pipelines.
Main Features of the NT-33 Pumper
- Versatility: This equipment is capable of pumping nitrogen to even the most remote sites thanks to its compact size.
- Self-sufficiency: The pumper is fully self-sufficient, as it is able to independently generate the energy required for its operation.
- Power: The triplex pump can gasify, pressurize, and pump nitrogen at a maximum flow rate of 15,000 Sm³/h and a pressure of 500 bar.
Nitrogen
Nitrogen is a chemically inert and completely anhydrous fluid, making it suitable for many industrial applications where a gas is required that does not interfere with ongoing chemical processes.

TECMA CRYOGENIC PUMPER
- This gas is ideal for the following operations:
- Pigging: cleaning and emptying gas and oil pipelines
- Pipeline remediation
- Drying and inertization of pipelines
- Rapid cooling of catalytic reactors and industrial plants
- Pressurization of gas pipelines, oil pipelines, and facilities for leak testing and pneumatic testing
This gasification unit expands our service portfolio, enabling us to offer efficient, reliable, and state-of-the-art solutions to our Clients.
