Leveraging decades of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, TECMA provides technical support to Operators for the design of high-performance pigs with enhanced cleaning and scraping capabilities. Custom pigs can be equipped with magnets, brushes, discs, and tungsten studs, depending on the operational requirements. Pig dimensions are defined in close cooperation with the Operator, based on pipeline physical parameters such as nominal wall thickness, bend radii, and the presence of taps or T-connections. Component selection is tailored according to the type and quantity of debris present in the pipeline.
