TECMA has expanded its service portfolio for Clients by integrating nitrogen (N₂) gasification and pumping activities through the use of a Cryogenic Pumper and Atmospheric Evaporators. The NT-33 Cryogenic Pumper represents a significant enhancement of our services, supporting operations such as pipeline cleaning, inspection, decommissioning, and inertization of oil and gas pipelines. Thanks to its compact design, the equipment offers high versatility and can pump nitrogen even at remote sites. The pumper is fully self-sufficient, generating all the energy required for its operation, and is equipped with a triplex pump capable of gasifying, pressurizing, and pumping nitrogen at flow rates of up to 15,000 Sm³/h and pressures of up to 500 bar.
Nitrogen (N₂) is a chemically inert and completely anhydrous gas, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring a non-reactive medium. It is ideal for operations such as pigging (cleaning and emptying oil and gas pipelines), pipeline remediation, drying and inertization of pipelines, rapid cooling of catalytic reactors and other plants, and pressurization of pipelines and facilities for leak testing and pneumatic trials.
